What are the payment options for Coastal Landing?
Coastal Landing only accepts private pay residents.
Is there 24 hour assistance?
Yes, there is 24 hour assistance for residents. If there is ever an emergency, we encourage our residents to call 9-1-1. A staff member will always be on site to assist as well.
If a resident needs further assistance, what are the options?
Coastal Landing is an independent living facility where residents are able to perform their daily duties on their own. Coastal Landing staff helps with things such as transportation, providing meals, and medication distribution, but not things like bathing and going to the bathroom. However, Coastal Landing works alongside agencies who will come in to provide that assistance. Those agencies are Comfort Keepers, Lindas Homecare, Aging Excellence, and Neighbors.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, we do allow pets.
